STUD FEES FOR SHIPPING CHILLED SEMEN
Dayspring's stud fee is $1500.00 and is due in full by the time the puppies
reach 2 weeks of age. The stud fee is only payable if there are 2 or more
puppies that live until that age.
Bitch owner is responsible for all vet fees involved in collecting, extending,
packaging and shipping of semen.
Bitch owner pays $50. per vet visit to stud owner as reimbursement for time
involved to collect and ship semen.
Vet and reimbursement fees must be paid in advance or no shipment will take
place. Vet fees may be paid directly to the clinic by way of credit card.
Reimbursement fees are paid directly to the stud owner.
Viable semen will be provided to a licensed veterinarian chosen by the stud
owner. All costs connected with purchase of semen collection and shipping kit,
collection, shipping, and insemination will be borne by the bitch owner. Stud
owner is not responsible for the condition of the sperm once it is shipped
however she will personally verify to the best of her ability that the semen is in
good condition and is handled by a veterinarian that is experienced in this
process. Any disputes regarding the viability of the sperm when in arrives are
between the bitch owner and the veterinary clinics involved or the shipping
company. Under NO circumstances will stud owner be responsible for ANY
vet or shipping fees related to the shipping of semen.
All responsibility for making sure bitch is ready to conceive rests on bitch
owner.
If the bitch fails to conceive no payment of the stud fee is required and neither
party is obligated to repeat the procedure.
